Should soldiers on military bases be armed at all times if they choose to be? I think so. I whole heartedly agree with Sgt. Lunsford that soldiers on base should have the choice to be armed.
The same holds true in civilian life as well, as evidenced by the counties in California and other states who have allowed private citizens to carry a concealed weapon if they so choose. But that is a different topic.
